I cannot recommend Joseph and 3-Fold Craftsman Construction highly enough. Joseph and his team are incredibly professional, courteous, and meticulous in their work and craftsmanship. We were so impressed from the level of care they took in installing new skylights to our home. Everyone involved made the experience so easy and effortless. We found them to be Incredibly diligent in their work and having done many renovations over the years I can honestly say you could not be in better hands. They protected furniture, rugs, pictures, etc… from any dust or debris and cleaned it all up at the end of the day. Again 100% attention to detail. 3-Fold Craftsman Construction gets 5 STARS!

This is the best group of craftsmen that I have EVER hired. Their skill and professionalism is far superior to any other construction firm I have ever hired for any reason.

Solutions to unforeseen issues were plentiful and the fix was executed immediately. Joseph was on site for the entire 3.5 weeks they were bringing our home back to as perfect as it can be. Every day there was a thorough cleaning of the areas under construction (we were living in the house during construction) and all trash and debris were contained and removed as necessary during the entire process. The entire team is a well oiled machine that demonstrates what teamwork is all about. They are true Olympians in the world of construction. and any customer would be privileged to have them do their job. Definitely recommend!

It would be difficult to overstate how rewarding an experience this has been for our family in the sense that so often you hear of experiences with building and remodeling projects that go wrong, either from the standpoint of quality, timing or costs.

The professional dedication and focus of the management of 3-Fold is only equaled by every team member of the work crews that have done so much to enhance the value of our home over the past nine years.

This work has included everything from the most minor, but necessary, repairs, to extensive remodeling and renovation. Their unstinting commitment to quality work is a revelation.

But what perhaps sets them apart from any other contractor I know of working in Hawaii is how they approach each project with no set or determined preconception on how the work should be done most efficiently and successfully. The creative imagination that is required to see the project from a new perspective is, for me, the most rewarding aspect of our ongoing relationship.

A prime example is the time we had to renovate a subterranean apartment below the house. Due to extensive water and major mold damage, the rooms had to be gutted down to the bare walls. But none of this work would have been effective without 3-Fold recommending that we have the apartment fogged with a superior anti-fungal agent that is both environmentally-safe and extraordinarily effective. This was all done in the most professional and timely manner. And to this day, some seven years on, there has been no return of the mold in what is admittedly a very humid environment.

It is without hesitation that I can commend and recommend 3-Fold Craftsman Construction, Inc. for any and all work that requires the very highest standards of professionalism, dedication and imagination. That the work is always done in a timely fashion, on budget, only speaks to the core values of this most extraordinary organization.

As a three time customer of 3-Fold Craftsman Construction, we have always been more than pleased with a quality of construction that we received from 3-Fold. We have had 3-Fold in our home three times over the past eight years, once for window installations, once for bathroom renovations and once for mold treatment. Joseph’s staff has always been hard-working, friendly and respectful. As a construction manager, Joseph is always very attentive to detail and looking out for our best interest. Having 3-Fold Craftsman as our contractor, I am always confident that the job will be performed exceptionally well and in a timely manner.

Over the past 10 years, 3-Fold Craftsman Construction has completed several major maintenance repair projects on my home. On each project Joseph Sanchez has demonstrated skills gained from years of construction experience to deliver innovative solutions to challenging issues that has always resulted in the highest level of quality in the final product. He maintains a very hands on approach to overseeing each project to ensure that the work meets his high personal standards and he and his entire crew consistently conduct themselves in the professional manner you would expect of a company that prides itself in its work and reputation. I live alone and it is not possible to be present at all times while work is being done, especially on projects that have lasted several months, and I have been able to go to work and even be out of town and allow free access to my home for Joseph and his crew without any concerns. I give my highest recommendation to 3-Fold Craftsman Construction and to Joseph Sanchez personally for professional construction services of the highest quality.

After several failed attempts to find someone who could identify the sources of leaks on our lanai, we contracted with 3-Fold Craftsmen Construction. In the course of diagnosing our leaking problems, Joseph Sanchez found additional problems that needed attention. He outlined a set of projects that included installing new windows, waterproofing and re-surfacing the lanai. We also decided to have them remodel our downstairs unit. The 3-Fold crew performed with expert knowledge, skill and attention to detail. We are impressed by the quality of their work and their willingness to work closely with us. We are happy to show it to anyone who may be interested in engaging 3-Fold.

I would highly recommend this group of workers for the work they do. Each has a skill, and all work together to do the very best they can. I’m hoping to have them come monthly to help me keep up my home.

3-Fold Craftsman Construction did work on my rental and my house.

On my rental they fixed the window sills and screens. He also leveled the house, which was in bad shape, all this for a reasonable price.

On our house they renovated two bathrooms, the front steps. We are very happy with the workmanship.

We had a lot of mildew under the roof, they remediated and also pressure cleaned the steps and walkways, again for a decent price!

All employees were very nice and helpful.

I can recommend Joseph and his crew for quality work, and sincerity.
